Searching for a Home
How do I find available properties?You can browse all currently listed properties on Linsanliving, including rooms, apartments, row houses, and villas. Use our search filters to choose your preferred city, move-in date, rent range, and property type. Listings are updated regularly, so check back often for new options.
Many landlords allow virtual or in-person viewings, but we strongly advise not to make any payments directly to landlords to avoid scams. Always book and pay securely through Linsanliving. Check each listing for viewing options.
Booking & Payment
How do I book a property?Once you’ve found a home you like, send a booking request to the landlord. Upon acceptance, you pay the rent securely via Linsanliving. The deposit will be paid directly to the landlord on your move-in date.

Yes, we charge a small service fee based on the rent plus VAT, which covers verification, support, and payment protection.
Safety & Verification
How do you verify landlords and listings?Our team personally verifies each landlord and property before approval, ensuring all listings are genuine and free from scams.

We strive to ensure a scam-free experience by performing double verification — including personal visits to the property by our team — and by securely holding rent payments until the tenant moves in. However, if you notice any mismatch or suspicious activity, please report it to us right away so we can take prompt action and remove the listing from our site immediately.
Cancellations & Refunds
Can I cancel my booking?Yes, you can cancel your booking, but cancellation policies vary depending on the specific listing. Please review the property’s terms carefully before confirming your booking. However, please note that service fees are non-refundable, as they cover the costs of payment processing, verification, and platform support.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. However, the exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing speed.
Listing Your Property
How can I list my property on Linsanliving?You are welcome to add your property details, upload high-quality photos, set your rent and availability, and submit it for verification.
Our team will personally verify that the listing is scam-free by contacting the landlord and, where possible, visiting the property. Once our verification is complete, your listing will go live.
Listing is free. We only take a small commission on successful bookings.

Changes in Move-Out Dates
What happens if the landlord changes the move-out date?We as a company bridge the connections between tenants and landlords without scams and guarantee your stay for the first month. We strongly advise preparing a contract with the landlord that outlines the length of your stay and terms and conditions, since each landlord has different rules and regulations. Please check the minimum and maximum stay for your booking carefully. Changes to move-out dates are subject to the landlord’s policies and your agreed contract.
Tenant Changes After First Month
Is Linsanliving responsible if tenants make changes after the first month?It is the landlord’s responsibility to keep a written contract with tenants outlining the terms of the stay. If any changes are made by tenants after the first month, Linsanliving is not responsible for those changes or any related issues. We guarantee your stay only for the first month after move-in by securely handling the rent payments as per the initial agreement.
