Tenant Protection
Every rental on LinsanLiving includes Tenant Protection, giving you a safe and worry-free experience from beginning to end. If a landlord cancels or postpones your move-in, we’ll assist you in finding another home. Plus, your first month’s rent is only paid to the landlord after you move in, so you can confirm that everything meets your expectations.
Confirmation
Once the landlord confirms your booking, you will receive an invoice for payment. Please ensure the invoice is paid within the specified time to confirm your booking. After payment is received, you’ll get the landlord’s contact details by email, allowing you to arrange your move-in time, collect the keys, and share any required documents as outlined in their policies.
Move in
And just like that, your new home is yours! From now on, the landlord will be your primary contact, but Linsanliving will remain available if you need any support.
Simply pick up your keys and sign the contract. The initial payment you made during booking will be sent to the landlord after your move-in.
